I'm so glad you're here!
My name is Andie and I am a registered dietitian and the owner of Andie Stone Nutrition. I specialize in eating disorder recovery, general nutrition and wellness, family and pediatric feeding, and sports nutrition through a health-first, non-diet lens. My personalized approach to nutrition focuses on meeting clients wherever they're currently at and working collaboratively towards goals- whether it be recovering from an eating disorder, improving your half-marathon time, or just learning more about how to best nourish yourself. I'm passionate about empowering individuals to understand their bodies' needs and develop habits that allow them to nourish themselves confidently for life!
I received my Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences from Springfield College where I was a former NCAA collegiate athlete, followed by my Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. My experience as a dietitian ranges from working in the primary care setting where I provided nutrition therapy to clients of all ages, to working in private practice with clients in eating disorder recovery, to working with athletes at the high school and collegiate level to provide tailored fueling strategies.
Currently, I'm able to support clients where I am licensed, which is New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, as well as states that don't require licensure, such as New Jersey and Colorado.
